A Signature Treatment Massage is designed to remove severe tension and pain. We use a variety of techniques to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. We also use tools, like cupping, that help improve range of motion and heal injuries. This massage includes essential oils that fit your unique needs.

Amber M. is the best Massage Therapist in Grant County. I have Multiple Sclerosis, and every time i am feeling horrible with knots and aches in my neck and back Amber M. always gets them out. She is very skilled. I recommend her to anyone that is suffering from issues of pains and aches to seek therapy treatment from her. Thank you Amber M., and i will always be a loyal client to you. I was only able to schedule a 30 min massage (based on scheduling on my end) and boy am I bummed I couldn’t do 60! Amber was great and did a lot of work in that 30 min. Definitely going to be scheduling another soon!

Nina is always amazing. I loved the ageloc renu spa wellness tool she used on me. I suffer from severe inflammation from an autoimmune disorder and this one treatment helped immensely. She makes me feel comfortable and relaxed.

The most amazing spa experience in my life ... Alex and Gina at the front desk are super professional,kind and they will help you with all your questions... Miss Alexis made my whole life better with deep tissue massage and hot stones, just reset my body in an very awesome way. Miss Amber with Cryotherapy rocks big time. Also recommended the infrared sauna ... get the membership and enjoy a detox upgrade for your whole body anytime you need it. Two thumbs up Knot Release!

My favorite thing about this place other than the amazing massages is the way they allow bookings. The chat feature and texting feature makes it easy to book!  Also I love that they have a cancellation list. They offer other services I’ve heard great things about but I have only had massage. The receptionist is always friendly and they are very organized with reminder texts sent even the day before your massage. You’ll want to book in advance. It’s definitely worth it.

It was the greatest massage experience, the massage therapist was very kind and they have great products and if someone tags along with you they will have a great time relaxing on the RealRelax massage chair. And if you need a refreshment there is a little table with tea packets, hot cocoa, and coffee pods. They even have a cocoon wellness pod, there is so many benefits from using it. Over all this is just a great place, definitely recommend visiting.

Jeanie has the magic touch!  My shoulder had been bothering me for well over a year (from a fall on the ice) and not even chiro visits could help alleviate the pain.  She knew right where to work out the knots and tight muscles and after a few days, I had a wider range of motion, which made it possible to finally heal completely.  I will always be grateful for her service and help!  They truly listen to understand the problem areas, and genuinely care about helping heal our bodies!  Wonderful staff and atmosphere.  Very clean and professional throughout.  I am happy that I found my new place!

Nina is a wonderful masseuse that always seems to hone in on exactly what areas I need help with and she is amazing at relaxing those areas and getting my body back in alignment. Every massage I have had with her is a fantastic experience. Her office is also a beautifully relaxing environment.

It seems like the only time I get in is when I am in some pain. Knot-Release immediately dissolves my pain and makes me feel rested and ready to go! She's got the touch!!!  Plus they have gift certificates!  EveryBODY on my gift list needs a good massage!  I love how they make me feel comfortable and pampered when I come in.

I've been going to Nina every month for years ... she alway makes me feel relaxed and renewed.  She gives a fantastic massage and has a lot of knowledge about the human body.  She suggests exercises and stretching techniques for use in between massages.  I would highly recommend a visit to Knot-Release Therapies.

Knot release therapy is more than just massage! I had a strained neck in 2013 and Nina offered treatment that allowed me to recover with no issues! The Body Heat wrap and massage together were just what I needed. The staff is kind, respectful, and hospitable. I recommend Knot Release Therapy to any and all!

First let me say that this is a great place.  I absolutely LOVE the cocoon and I got my first message today by Jeanie who worked wonders.  I only gave 4 stars because communication is lacking and advertising regarding their packages is very misleading.  Their website says services roll over month to month but nothing about an initial set up fee of $120 on top of whichever package you want.  I wanted to try it all so I initially purchased the $120 pkg which includes a message.  Month two when I wanted to change it to the $40 pkg because the cocoon was all I was interested in and I don't mind paying a little extra for a message when I want one, (I just don't have time every month) not only were they going to charge me another set up fee but they told me my services wouldn't roll over and I would be charged for the message that I didn't use from the first package.
Again, let me say that I love this business, the people who work there and the services they offer. I recommend them to everyone I talk to.  I just think they have some knots to work out when it comes to communication.

All around wonderful experience. I needed some realigning and had so many knots I couldn't keep count of them all. Her use of CBD oil and magnesium lotion was amazing! Such a calming environment too! I wont go anywhere else thanks to Nina!

I've been here before and thought it was pretty cool, but it wasn't until someone recommended Kelli and I had an appointment with her that I knew I NEEDED to write a review. Kelli was AMAZING. She not only heard me, she truly listened to what I had to say about my chronic pain and what I feel is best for me. She had a magic, out of this world touch. I not only will be a repeat client, but I bought my boyfriend a gift card at the end of my appointment because he works a manual labor job and I know Kelli will help make his aches feel better. Kelli is worthy of even more than 5 stars. Thank you!
